1、产品介绍 Product introduction:

 M500是针对镜头量产所开发,快速准确检测镜头光学品质Modular Transfer Function（MTF）的设备.基于ISO12233的测试原理下利用高速数位影像处理提供快速/精确/可靠的光学分辨率MTF(SFR)数值.同时也提供畸变/色还原/暗角等多项实用功能.其性能完全可取代目前传统的投影解像机.此MTF设备使用简单,使用时无须专门培训人员,维护简单，作业效率高于投影解像机（检测100PCS约2-3分钟）.不仅可以提升生产效率,还可以保存产品数据，和降低客户投诉机率.

 M500 MTF equipment is developed for the manufacture of lens, it can detect lens quality Modular Transfer Function (MTF) very fast and exactly. Basing on the test principle of ISO12233, M500 provides fast / accurate / reliable optical resolution MTF (SFR) by its High-speed digital image processes. It also provides some useful functions such as distortion / color reduction / dark angle and so on. Its Performance can completely replace the traditional optices projection machines. M500 is easy to operate, so that, operator no need to be trained specially before using. And maintaining M500 is also an easy job. What’s more, its work efficiency is much higher than the projection machine (M500 can test 100pcs about 2-3 minutes). It not only can raise production efficiency, but also can preserve the test data and reduce the probability of customer complaints.
